Shop Policies

The Gypsy Luxe Collection by Bianca Alexa Designs is an independent retailer working in tandem with large, luxury design warehouses. All items are sent in various sized boxes and weights, as listed under product descriptions. Materials in each product are listed as is in product descriptions. All prices include shipping and taxes - what you see is what you pay. Due to ground shipping warehouse policies, items cannot be shipped internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii. 

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Gypsy Luxe products have a 2-3 day order processing time. Shipping times are dependent on warehouse stock and can vary depending on buyer location and order size. All customers will receive email notifications for approximate shipping times after purchase. Shipping usually varies between 1-3 days to 1-2 weeks, depending on stock of item and location or warehouse. All customers will also receive tracking numbers upon shipment of product. Bianca Alexa Designs cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the customer, nor for any damages or delays after handover to any carrier arranged by the customer.

All deliveries must be accepted and signed for by the customer - a person must be available to receive the package. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second attempt shall be at the customers expense.

 

Return Policy

Gypsy Luxe allows for returns for 7 days after delivery of the purchased item. Any return request submitted after the 7 days is void. Gypsy Luxe charges a 25% restocking fee on all returned items, unless the return is due to manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects will require submissions of photo evidence. All returns require the items to be unused and placed back in its original packaging and sealed. The customer is required to pay the full shipping return cost. A return requires us setting a date and time with the customer for the warehouse to arrive at their residency to pick up the boxes.
