The Gypsy Luxe Collection by Bianca Alexa Designs is an independent retailer working in tandem with large, luxury design warehouses. All items are sent in various sized boxes and weights, as listed under product descriptions. Materials in each product are listed as is in product descriptions. All prices include shipping and taxes - what you see is what you pay. Due to ground shipping warehouse policies, items cannot be shipped internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All Gypsy Luxe art is custom and made to order so delivery can range anywhere from 30-90 days from time of purchase. Shipping times are dependent on warehouse stock and can vary depending on buyer location and order size. All customers will receive email notifications for approximate shipping times after purchase. Customers will also receive tracking numbers upon shipment of product. Any questions about shipping can be sent to shopgypsyluxe@gmail.com.
Bianca Alexa Designs cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the customer, nor for any damages or delays after handover to any carrier arranged by the customer.
All deliveries must be accepted and signed for by the customer - a person must be available to receive the package. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second attempt shall be at the customers expense.
